I was browsing and perusing and found KALE.Here is the profile: Low in Calorie, Zero grams of Fat, high in Fiber, Iron , Vitamin A,C,K, high in Calcium, a great detox food and filled with powerful anti oxidants. Sounds like a nutritional powerhouse.
I knew we have an instant connection. It is all natural for us. Olive oil, salt and KALE.
So simple and real.
Drizzle with olive oil until well coated and sprinkle with salt.
