Few people around me knows I love to bake. The main reason it’s easy for me to bake is because I just follow instruction. How hard was that. But when cooking you go by your own taste…too complicated.
There is joy in gathering all the ingredients.I normally would make it two eggs (I don’t want fluffy cupcake,I want it rich), three tablespoon of vegetable oil and 150ml water. No fuss…those are actually basics we have at home.
Whisk all the ingredients together until well blended. Divide batter evenly filling each about 1/2 full.I use spoon I don’t have the proper tool for that job.I don’t know what it’s called that’s why I don’t buy it. Anyways it works the same only time-consuming. Set your oven 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Time flies when you are having fun.My red velvet cupcake is ready. It’s so good it’s a one bite not two. And oh did I tell you it comes in a ready mix box with cream cheese icing.Next time I’ll do the rich swirl to make it look luscious. I am a lover not a baker. 😉
